Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Custom-made items
Personalized items
Items made according to customer-provided measurements
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Items returned without approval

Return Shipping Cost

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or production.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible because the order may already be in preparation.
